Cancellation Policy

Deposit & Payment Policy: To secure your appointment, a $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of your service. We accept Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, and Zelle as forms of payment. Please note: All debit and credit card transactions will incur a $3.00 service fee when used as the final payment method. Cancellation Policy: Please note that booking deposits are non-refundable. However, if you believe your situation involves extenuating circumstances, we invite you to contact us directly to discuss the possibility of an exception. Late Policy: If you are 15 minutes late or more, it will be considered a no-show. Your deposit will be forfeited, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled for a different time or day. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Please be mindful that other clients may have appointments scheduled directly after yours. We strive to provide every client—including you—with the same level of professionalism and exceptional service. Thank you for your understanding and respect for our time and schedule. No Call / No Show Policy: All No Call / No Show appointments will incur an additional $30.00 No Show Fee, on top of any forfeited deposit. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
