Roll it on and off when putting your bracelet on or taking it off. Gently roll it over your hand rather than pulling or stretching. This helps prevent breakage and protects the elastic or clasp. Rolling minimizes the tension on the string or elastic, helping it last way longer and helps prevent it from stretching out, snapping, or putting stress on your wrist. ALL jewelry should be taken off every day to ensure proper care maintenance. Shadow Palette' LLC. will not be held responsible for ANY damage caused for these reasons above. Custom Bracelet Demo Samples
At Shadow Palette' LLC., we understand how important it is to get your customized bracelet just right. To ensure your vision is fully realized, we offer demo sample pictures of your design before production. This allows you to see how the final product will look and make any adjustments if necessary.
Please note, there is a $5.00 fee for every two demo sample pictures, as creating each design takes careful time and creativity. We truly value the process of crafting your unique bracelet and want to ensure it’s perfect before we begin.

Important Update on Customized Bracelet Orders
At Shadow Palette' LLC., we are committed to creating high-quality, personalized bracelet designs that you will love. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we are introducing a new policy regarding customized bracelet orders.
Effective immediately, a 50% deposit of the total invoice amount will be required prior to starting any work on customized bracelet orders. This deposit helps us to secure the necessary materials and allocate time for your unique creation.

Once you’ve finalized your bracelet design with us, we will provide you with an invoice for the total cost.
